Flying Fortress est un groupe de Metal moderne né fin 2018 à Rouen en Normandie de la rencontre d’ anciens membres de Ricky Dozen : Les 2 guitaristes Edward et Vincent avec la chanteuse Béatrice (Mylidian). Avec l’ arrivée de Ghislain (Kalyss, Elyose) à la basse et de JP à la batterie ((Ex Ricky Dozen, Ex Evolution Zero, Projet 86, NzgL), leur style prend source dans la musique Heavy, Nu Metal et Grunge, tout en incorporant des sons plus actuels. Leurs compositions sont nourries par l’actualité et les sujets de société qui leurs tiennent à cœur. Le groupe a sorti son 1er EP en 2023 disponible sur toutes les plateformes.
Flying Fortress is a french modern Metal band from Rouen in Normandy. The band has been founded at the end of the year 2018, after past members of the band Ricky Dozen decided to work on a new project : the two guitarists Edward and Vincent with the singer Béatrice (Mylidian). Wtih the arrival of Ghislain (Kalyss, Elyose) on bass and JP on drums (Ex Ricky Dozen, Ex Evolution Zero, Projet 86, NzgL) , their style takes its roots into some differents styles of music like Heavy and Nu Metal, Rock and Grunge, while mixing it with some the newest tones. Their songs are fueled by the current events and society based issues, which are an important topic for them. The band released its first EP in April 2023 available on all digital platforms.
